Explorer shows 'The specified path does not exist' error when opening documents in Drive

An error in Clio Drive causes documents with line breaks or other control characters in their names to fail to open on Windows. The issue was resolved in 3.2.1381.


Ensure that Clio Desktop is up-to-date. After upgrading, re-sync Drive by clearing its cache from the 'Support' page in Clio Desktop. Documents will successfully open once syncing is complete.
