KCS - Why isn't the Practice Dashboard Showing?

 

Objective:

  • My Practice Dashboard isn't showing
  • When I click on Practice there is nothing there
  • The Practice page doesn't load

Environment:

  • Clio Web App
  • Practice

Additional Information:

N/A 

Answer:

  • The Clio user doesn't have Billing permissions.
  • The Practice Dashboard has been turned off for the entire firm. Email Clio Support at Support@clio.com or call at 1-888-858-2547 x2.
