KCS - Why can't I reauthorize my Document Storage Sync?

Objective:

  • Document Sync not working
  • Can't reauthorize Box sync
  • Can't reauthorize Dropbox sync

Environment:

  • Clio Web App
  • Settings
  • Documents

Answer:

You need to have administrative permission to reauthorize the Document Sync. If you cannot reauthorize the sync, you may want to have an account administrator re-enter the credentials for the Document Sync account.
