KCS - I Can't Switch to my Clio Connect Account

Objective:

  • I can't see my Clio Connect account when I click my initials

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

If you have a Clio Connect account under the same email address as your main Clio login, you will see the option to switch to your Clio Connect account(s) when you click on your initials in the bottom left corner.

Cause:

  1. Your Clio Connect Account is associated with a different email address
  2. Your browser's cache is causing display/access problems.

Answer:

  1. Make sure that you are signed into your Clio account with the email address that is associated with the Clio Connect account you are trying to access.
  2. Clear your browser's cache. For steps, please see here
