KCS - How to Create a Holiday Card List

Objective:

  • How to determine who receives a holiday card
  • Create a list of Contacts who will receive a Christmas or greeting card

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Procedure:

  1. Navigate to the Clio settings
  2. Select Custom Fields
  3. Select Contact Custom Fields
  4. Select Add
  5. Enter in the name of the Custom Field
  6. Select Type as Checkbox
  7. Select Save
  8. Navigate to a Contact
  9. Select Edit
  10. Select drop-down to add a Custom Field
  11. Select the checkbox Custom Field that was created
  12. Check the box
  13. Select Update Person or Update Company
  14. Navigate to the main Contacts tab
  15. Select Filter on the right
  16. Select Add Contact Custom Field
  17. From the drop-down select the holiday card Checkbox Custom Field that you created
  18. Select Enabled within the next drop-down that appears
  19. Select the Export button
  20. Choose whether you will be exporting a PDF or CSV copy
  21. Select Create Export
