KCS - Missing Data on the Mobile App

Issue:

  • Not able to see certain Contacts, Matters, Documents, etc. from the iOS or Android app after signing in

Environment:

  • Clio iPhone App
  • Clio iPad App
  • Clio Android App

Cause:

When you first sign into the app it takes some time for all data to sync over

Resolution:

Allow time for all data to sync over the app after your initial sign in; if data is still missing, contact Support
