KCS - What Fields are Available When Using Quick Add Options to Create a New Contact?

Objective:

  • What information can I add if I am creating a new Contact from the Matter page? 

Environment:

  • Clio Web App
  • New Clio Experience

Additional Information:

  • These fields display when using the Create a contact button from the Create new matter/Edit matter page for a new Client or Related contact
  • After creating the Contact, you can edit them at any time to access the full Contact fields 

Answer:

  • Person or Company
  • First name (if Person)
  • Last name (if Person)
  • Company name (if Company)
  • Email 
  • Phone number
  • Address
  • City
  • State/Province
  • Zip/Postal Code
  • Country
