KCS - I Can't Click into the New Password Field

Issue:

  • Unable to reset my password
  • Difficulty resetting password
  • Cannot type in the boxes

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

Cause:

Clicking on "6 or more char" and "Must match"

Resolution:

Type into the grey New password and Confirm new password fields, to the right
