KCS - Why is the Microsoft Store Icon Greyed Out?

Answer:

A recent update may prevent the Store from loading. Uninstall and reinstall Office 365. If necessary, please work with Microsoft Support at https://support.office.com/en-us/ using their Contact Us link.
