KCS - Can I Have Contact Custom Fields Appear On The Matter Dashboard?

Objective:

  • To determine if Contact Custom Fields appear on a Matter.
  • To determine if the Matter Dashboard can the Client module so Contact Custom Fields.

Answer:

Presently, the client view box from within a Matter will only show you a limited amount of information pertaining to the client.

To view Contact Custom Fields you would need to click the Client's name in this box.
