KCS - Transaction Pages Aren't Loading

Issue:

  • Certain sub-tabs within a Matter aren't loading properly

  • Clio Web App

Cause:

Your cache may need to be cleared. Sometimes, when too much data is being stored within your browser, you may see visual issues in Clio or any other website you may visit.

Resolution:

Please follow the steps in this article in order to clear your cache: Clear your Cache

 This will also happen if you haven't added any bank accounts to Clio yet—if this is the case, please add a bank account.
