KCS - Why is My After Tax Total not Correct on My Bill?

Objective:

  • When viewing my Bill, the line item total does not reflect the tax calculation applied

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

 

Answer:

The 'Total with Tax' may not be showing on your Bill Theme. To fix this: 

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing > Bill Themes
  2. Choose the appropriate Bill Theme you'd like to Edit
  3. Click Matter in the upper-left-hand column > Services/Combined Orderings & Expense Orderings
  4. Ensure that 'Total with Tax' is in the showing column
