KCS - Folder for New Matter Not Created in Document Integration

Issue:

  • I just created a Matter in Clio but I don't see the folder in Dropbox, Box, NetDocuments, Google Drive, or OneDrive
  • Matter Document folders aren't being created automatically anymore

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

If you are experiencing this issue on a regular basis, try disconnecting, then relinking: How To Disconnect and Reconnect a Document Source

Cause:

A discrepancy in the integration may have caused the folder to not be created, or to be delayed in creation. 

Resolution:

  1. Access the specific Matter in Clio
  2. Select the Documents tab
  3. Select the tab for the integration (Dropbox, Box, NetDocuments, Google Drive, or OneDrive)
  4. Click Create folder
