KCS - How do I Report on Contact Custom Fields?

Objective:

  • Generate a CSV export for my Contacts that includes Custom Fields
  • See Custom Field data across multiple Contacts in a spreadsheet

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

  • Custom Field columns are only available in the New Clio Experience

Procedure:

To Report on Specific Custom Fields:

  1. Click Contacts on the left navigation bar
  2. Click Columns
  3. Select up to five custom fields to display
  4. Click Update columns
  5. Click Export
  6. Select CSV
  7. Select Visible Columns only 
  8. Click Export
