Why Can't I Back-Date a Direct Payment?

Objective:

  • Back-date a direct payment
  • Record a previous payment
  • Red box around amount when trying to record an old payment

  • Clio Web App

*Warning* When you change your Time Zone, your Calendar Event times will change so that they are still scheduled for the correct time as per your old Time Zone.

Answer:

This is because your time zone in Clio is different from the zone your browser is picking up due to your location.
