Procedure:
Templated Document
- Go to the desired Matter's page
- Click Add to workflow and select Prepare Document
- Choose Use Template from Clio Grow
- Choose a document template
- Click Draft Document
- Assign the contacts in the document
- Click Draft Document
- Review the draft of the document and make any required adjustments
- Click Prepare for signing when ready
- Select the signers in the document
- Click Continue
- Review the document in the HelloSign preview and make any needed adjustments
- Click Continue
- Choose Email Document or Sign Document Now
- If sending by email, select the email template from the drop-down
- Review the email and click Send Email to send the document
- Pick a due date and a reminder time if desired
PDF Upload
- Go to the desired Matter page
- Click Add single item and select Prepare Document
- Choose Upload PDF From Computer
- Select the document from the file uploader
- Choose the number of contact signers in the document
- Assign the Contact signers
- Choose the number of user signers
- Assign the user signers
- Choose a due date for the document
- Click Prepare for signing
- Input the E-Signature and other required fields into the document
- Click Continue
- Choose Email Document or Sign Document Now
- If sending by email, select the email template from the drop-down
- Review the email and click Send Email to send the document
- Pick a due date and a reminder time if desired
