KCS - What Happens in a Migration Import Appointment

  • Review data that was processed

Please note that success of any data migration depends primarily on the quality of the data set provided to us. Before attempting to migrate your information into Clio, you should ensure that your data is consistently formatted, well organized, sufficiently backed up, and stored securely. If you are not certain, it is recommended that you consult with your Clio representative before proceeding.

Answer:

Once the data has been processed, it will be imported into your Clio account. This begins with your Customer Success Representative requesting login access into your account. It will require you to navigate to the email account that you use to log in into Clio. In the email, you will need to click the link that will redirect you to Clio to log in once more. There, you will be presented to grant access and once that is complete, we can begin the import.

When the import has completed, we will contact you to let you know. From the completion of the import, you will have 5 business days to review the data.
